At Urthlyon, we want you and your little one to be completely happy with our organic baby clothing! If you're not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help with returns and exchanges.
Returns
- Timeframe: Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
- Condition: Products must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached.
- Return Fee: A $7.00 flat-rate return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
- Refunds: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected.
- Non-refundable: Shipping fees from the original order are non-refundable.
Exchanges
- Timeframe: Exchanges for size or color are available within 30 days of purchase.
- Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with tags attached.
- Unavailable Exchange Item: If the requested exchange item is unavailable, we will offer a store credit or refund.
- Exchange Fee: Customers are responsible for the $7.00 flat-rate return shipping fee for exchanges.
Final Sale Items
- Non-returnable: Personalized, clearance, and promotional sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
