Order Processing

Every order is carefully inspected and securely packaged before shipping. Please allow 3-4 business days for processing, depending on your chosen shipping method.

  • Priority and UPS Ground orders: Ship within 4 business days of order placement.
  • Priority Express and other UPS options (excluding UPS Ground): Ship within 1 business day (excluding Sundays).
  • Orders containing pre-order or back-ordered items: Will ship together once all items are available unless you request separate shipments.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated by carriers based on factors such as time, origin, and destination. As a result, not all shipping methods may be available at all times. The available options at checkout are determined by the carrier’s infrastructure and pricing.

Delivery Issues

Incorrect Shipping Information

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect shipping address provided at checkout, the customer is responsible for:
- Return shipping costs
- Reshipping costs

We are not responsible for packages that are mis delivered or lost due to incorrect address details provided at checkout.

Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have been marked as delivered to the shipping address on file.

If you believe your package is lost or stolen:
- Check with your local carrier or delivery service.
- Upon request, we can provide delivery confirmation, tracking details, and carrier information to assist in your investigation.

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds, replacements, or store credits for orders confirmed as delivered.

Damaged, Tampered, or Incorrect Orders
